By placing any order on this Website or through our private workshop, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Our normal working days are Monday to Saturday inclusive, excluding public holidays, subject to some special occasion days falling on Sunday, when we will be open. Details will be placed on the Website and on our social media platforms when this is applicable.

Prices shown or agreed exclude VAT and the cost of delivery.

Dispatch of products will be arranged after we have received payment or notification of this.

All products will be at your risk from time of delivery to you or your agent.

We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website or otherwise provided to are correct at the time, but this information may not always reflect the position when you place an order on the Website or we order products for you.

In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging or similar quality and value.

Delivery Services

We offer local next day delivery to all SS Postcodes as well as to CM3, CM11 and CM12.

Subject to the day of the week, next day delivery is guaranteed when we have received your order before 4pm, For orders made on Saturday for next day delivery they will be sent out on our next working day which is Monday.

Except for special occasions such as Mothering Sunday, deliveries will not be made on Sundays or UK public holidays. Where orders have been placed for delivery on any of these dates, we will deliver, where possible, the day before or the day after the requested date.

Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left confirming attempted delivery, stating where the delivery has been left - either a safe place or with a neighbour, based on customers instructions and our judgement of local conditions.

Flowers sent to business addresses and other organisations will be delivered to a main reception or collection point.

PAYMENT:

A non- refundable booking fee is payable, once your order is accepted and agreed. This is not refundable in any circumstances. Payment of the remaining balance is payable at least a month before the wedding or event date.

ACCESS AND INSTALLATION ARRANGEMENTS:

Where it is necessary for us to install flowers or other products you agree to arrange access for us to the premises at specific and agreed times. If for any reason we are unable to obtain access at the agreed times, we cannot guarantee the completion of the installation by the agreed times. We cannot accept liability for any damages or costs due to us being unable to gain access to premises at the agreed times.

PHOTOGRAPHS:

You agree that any photographs of our flowers or products taken by us at your event or wedding may be displayed on our website or social media platforms. In the event that individuals are pictured we will seek your consent to display the pictures.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION:

We will accept changes to flowers and products ordered up to two weeks before the wedding or event date and before final payment has been made. We cannot guarantee we can accept any changes after this time, but will use our best endeavors to accommodate such requests.

Payments can not be refunded if cancellation takes place less than two weeks before the date of the wedding or event.
