As well as our bespoke wedding service, we also offer several packages which provide easy and straight forward options when choosing your wedding flowers.
Our packages are designed to keep things simple. All you need to do is select the option that best suits you, tell us your colour scheme and we’ll do the rest!
Our package options do not include a consultation or site visit and all the flowers used will be selected by our senior floral designer Emily at T&FF. All vases and vessels must be returned in their original state to Thistle & Fern after your wedding or a surcharge will be applicable. A delivery charge will be payable.

We work from our private studio based in Rayleigh, Essex.
Our delivery fee ranges from £25-£50 depending on venue location.
We will also have charge an additional take down fee to go back to the venue the following day to collect any hired props and/or take down any large installations.
If you choose to collect your flowers, they will be ready the day before your wedding (excluding Saturday, if your flowers are needed for a Monday they can be collected the morning of). On the day we will give you a timed 1hr collection slot by text; if you fail to collect on time we cannot guarantee someone will be in the studio to hand them over later on in the day.
Once the flowers have been placed in your possession, Thistle & Fern can no longer take any responsibility for them. It is down to you to store them properly overnight and transport them safely to the venue. Please be aware that any buttonholes and hair pieces will need to be placed in a refrigerator overnight to keep them cool & fresh.
Your wedding flowers are likely to form a key part of your wedding decor and we recommend you book yourself in as soon as possible. We can book in weddings as early as 12-18 months in advance. As we do tend to get booked up quickly, it’s best to enquire early to avoid any last minute disappointment.

We will confirm your order and cost via email.
Once payment has been received, your flowers will be delivered on the morning of your wedding to your chosen delivery location or will be available for collection from our private studio the day beforehand.
To secure your wedding day with us, we require a non-refundable booking fee of £100; which is then deducted from your final balance. We will require the outstanding balance no later than one month prior to your wedding date. All our terms and conditions will be emailed to you along with a contract upon booking.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will send an invoice for the non-refundable booking fee of £100 to hold your date within our diary. The remainder of your balance will be invoiced to you and due for payment one month prior to your wedding date.
All payments are to be made by BACS (bank transfer) and we will confirm by email once the payment has been received. All monies paid are non refundable or transferable.
