Firstly you will need to fill in the wedding enquiry form located at the bottom of this page. After you have completed this, we will get in touch with you to organise a date and time to meet either in person or book you in for a phone call consultation.
Before you book your consultation, you ideally need to have chosen your colour palette along with details of your venue. We will need this information to help choose the best flower combinations for you on your big day. Please also send any photos or mood boards of your floral inspiration, images of your dress and the bridesmaids dresses or any swatches of the dress material, desired colour palette or anything else you think will help.
Consultations usually take around an hour and are a perfect opportunity for you to talk through all your floral ideas, inspiration, colour schemes, styles and flower availability for your special day. If you need any help or advice we are here to guide you with ideas for your flowers. Once we have an idea of your floral style we will then put together a tailored proposal which is usually emailed to you within two weeks of your consultation.
We have a minimum spend of £1,200.
Firstly we base our wedding work around designing and creating high end arrangements, using premium luxury flowers. Our aim is to make your wedding flowers as breathtaking and romantic as possible by incorporating lots of different textures which are inspired by the British countryside, cottage gardens and nature itself.
Secondly we are not a flower shop that can sell excess flowers to the public. We, like all other florists have to buy flowers and foliage in wholesale quantities. If a client is only requesting a couple of bouquets, we cannot re-sell any extra flowers that don’t get used and are unfortunately wasted.
Lastly, but most importantly, having a minimum spend allows us to give you quality customer service; allowing us to give more attention to detail for up to two weddings a weekend and create the most beautiful flowers for them rather than rush several weddings whilst racing against the clock, which will impact on the quality of the finished design.
Firstly you need to decide on how much of an impact you would like your flowers to create as you walk down the aisle or enter your wedding reception. Some couples may not care much for fresh wedding flowers, whereas some want their wedding filled with the most extravagant displays and installations of the finest blooms and foliage. Our policy is that if you would like us to create beautiful floral arrangements and bridal flowers for your big day, we will supply and make all of your blooms sourced from our reputable wholesalers and flower farms. This ensures of high quality products, but also keeps a professional design consistency for all your florals.
To secure your wedding with us, we require a non-refundable booking fee of 30% from your overall balance, which is then deducted from your final balance. We will require the outstanding balance no later than one month prior to your wedding date. All our terms and conditions will be attached to your proposal in an email.
Delivery is based on distance from my workshop and will be stated separately on your wedding proposal. We will Deliver straight to the venue but if you would like us to stop at another location beforehand (e.g the brides house) then that will be an additional cost. We usually deliver your flowers to you 2-3 hours before your ceremony start time.
If you miscalculated the number of buttonholes or have one less bridesmaid, don’t worry as this is completely normal. We can make alterations to your quote up to a month before the wedding date before your remaining balance is due. Each time you make amendments a new proposal will be sent to you with the updated amounts. After your remaining balance has been paid we unfortunately cannot make any changes to the number of items as your flower will already have been put on order with our suppliers.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice for your non-refundable booking fee of 30% of your proposal Which will hold your date within our diary. The remainder of your order will invoiced to you and due for payment one month prior to your wedding date.
All payments are to be made by BACS (bank transfer) and we will confirm by email once the payment has been received. All monies paid are non refundable or transferable.
